Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must still meet all eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
