White-Glove Service
We proudly offer white-glove service, providing concierge-level guidance from product selection to delivery. Our team is available to assist with product-related questions, order coordination, shipping updates, and support to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Please note that certain products may require additional processing time depending on supplier handling, product availability, or specialized fulfillment needs.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free standard shipping within most states in the United States. Delivery times may vary based on the product, supplier location, carrier, and destination but typically range from 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Some oversized, specialty, or high-value products may require additional delivery coordination. Customers will be notified accordingly.
International Shipping
International shipping availability is limited. Where offered, shipping charges and options will be displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their country or jurisdiction. Please verify your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking details where applicable. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
For international deliveries or delays, please contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping notification. We will assist you in locating your shipment.
Shipping Delays & Disruptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by supplier backorders, carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control may occur. We will inform you of significant delays and do our best to provide updates.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus applicable return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, along with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging. We will review your case and work toward a fair resolution in accordance with applicable laws.

We handle your personal and order data with care, complying with all applicable privacy laws. Our processes ensure the secure collection and use of your information, especially for order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
